How do I order?
For catalog items, add to cart and pay securely online with UPI or card. For custom keepsakes, message us on WhatsApp and we will agree the details and price with you.
How does preservation work?
Message us on WhatsApp about what you want to preserve: a varamala, a pet keepsake, baby items, or belongings of a loved one. We guide you on what to send, agree the price, and share a secure payment link.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No. All orders are prepaid online, which lets us start making your handmade piece right away.
Do you deliver across India, or can I pick up?
We ship across India, and you can choose pickup in Karimnagar at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Because every piece is handmade or custom, we do not accept returns, but we will replace any item damaged in transit. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo.
How do I care for my resin piece?
Keep it away from long direct sunlight and clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth.
